Originally from Cuba, the juicy mojito cocktail lends itself to fresh ‘n' festive holiday remixes. These passion fruit–strawberry and strawberry-watermelon mojito recipes are chock full of healthy, antioxidant-rich fruit (and jolly good cheer). 1 passion fruit
Lots of lime wedges
1/2 oz. agave syrup
A small handful of mint leaves
Strawberries (about 6 or so)
1 oz. white rum (or a little more, if you like)
Muddle half a passion fruit, lime wedges, agave syrup, and mint leaves in the base of a tall glass. In a blender, add ice, strawberries, and rum. Combine until slushy. Pour strawberry mix into the glass. Top with soda water, and then stir lightly. Garnish with mint leaves, remaining passion fruit, Cuban music, and salsa dancing.

8 oz. watermelon
15 fresh mint leaves
2 oz. fresh lime juice
4 oz. rum
Combine watermelon and strawberries together in a blender and blend until slushy. Pour into shaker and add mint leaves, rum, and ice. Pour into two tall glasses and garnish with a strawberry, a small slice of watermelon, and a merry toast with a friend.
